Mode Cards

A set of cards extremely useful for children and adolescents in psychotherapy
sessions to discover and explore different parts of their fascinating and complex inner world. The design style started from the idea of ​​being simple, without specific elements of gender, age, or culture. They can be used for case conceptualisation and implementation of the Schema Therapy protocol, but given their versatility and diversity, they can be used creatively in any therapeutic protocol, including with adults and groups.

The 50 cards are designed around the central concept of Modes used in the Schema Therapy model. The element of novelty and creativity lies in the integration of 12 cards with the skills and competencies children/adolescents need to develop and strengthen the Wise and Competent Mode.
